Roda at the front desk is wonderful—she has excellent customer service skills and was incredibly kind and accommodating in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. She also called with reminders beforehand to make sure everything was on track, made my check-in smooth, and handled my insurance claims seamlessly. The doctors were equally impressive. They took the time to do my X-rays, clearly explain the issue, and walk me through the recommended solutions and procedures. The dentist who performed my tooth filling, along with his assistant, was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. When I had to return due to some pain after the filling, Roda quickly arranged the earliest possible appointment, and the doctor promptly resolved the issue. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the entire team. Highly recommend!
