Born in Iran, he came to Toronto, Ontario in 2014 along with his wife and daughter. After obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), he got an MSc in Orthodontics from Mashhad University, Iran, where he taught and practiced orthodontics as an assistant professor for 5 years. During his years in Iran as an orthodontist, Dr. Rashed had the opportunity to successfully treat a substantial number of most challenging orthodontic, orthopedic and orthosurgical cases. Upon arrival in Canada, Dr. Rashed managed to complete the National Dental Examining Board of Canada’s equivalency process for foreign-trained dentists and was registered as a dentist in Ontario. In June 2015, he was pleased to start Dental Specialty Assessment and Training Program in Orthodontics at the University of Toronto to become a certified specialist in orthodontics in Canada. Outside the clinic, Roozbeh enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending quality time with his family.

Dr. Tehrani was born and raised in Iran. He obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1994 from the Shahid Beheshti University in Iran (Iran’s most well-known dentistry school). He has been a licensed Canadian dentist since January 2012.

He has maintained his commitment to excellence over the last 20 years. Each year, he attends numerous advanced continuing education courses all around the world to stay abreast of the latest techniques in dentistry and upgrade his education and skills. His goal is to provide his patients with exceptional dental care and the very best treatment solutions available. He has extensive training in:

Dr. Tehrani is also an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Team for Implantology (ITI), CEREC Doctors and Club CEREC, the Medical Council of Iran, the Iranian Dental Association and the Iranian Ontario Dental Association.

Dr. Tehrani offers services in: Family/Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics, Implants, Periodontal Surgery, and Orthodontics (Braces/Invisalign).

Dr. Nona Birjandy is a dynamic dentist and psychotherapist who is deeply committed to holistic patient care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran, where she developed a keen interest in patient education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their oral health.

Recognizing the vital link between psychological well-being and dental care, she pursued a psychotherapy certification from the Transformational Arts College in Canada, enabling her to address the behavioral and emotional aspects of oral health. Additionally, she holds a Dental Office Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, which equips her to oversee and enhance the operational aspects of dental practice.

As a Dental Office Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator across three offices, Dr. Birjandy seamlessly integrates clinical excellence, compassionate counseling, and efficient management to deliver comprehensive care. She is an active leader in her professional community, serving as the Chair of the Social Events and Cultural Committee of the Iranian Ontario Dental Association, where she fosters connection and collaboration among dental professionals.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Birjandy is passionate about giving back. She is an active member of the Naya Sofia Haiti Charity Foundation in Canada and serves as the North American Authorized Manager for the Ghadir Charity Foundation of Iran, supporting dental and humanitarian outreach efforts.

A devoted wife and mother, Dr. Birjandy balances her busy career with a love of reading, writing, and exploring the world. From adventurous pursuits like skydiving to volunteering her dental skills in underserved communities worldwide, she embraces every opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
